The Legend of Zelda: the Ocarina of Time

In the land of Hyrule, deep inside a vast forest, lived the Kokiri children. Each one had a fairy partner. But there was one boy without a fairy…

*Spoilers Ahead*

That child’s name is Link, the character you play as in this game. The game starts off with a cutscene of a fairy named Navi and a talking tree that tells this little fairy to go find the “boy without a fairy” and bring him back. That tree is called the Great Deku Tree, the guardian of Kokiri Forest. Navi will fly off to find Link, who is currently having a prophetic nightmare. I like this game because it’s fun and has quite a selection of Easter eggs in it. Easter eggs are hidden things in the game. For example, Talon at Lon Lon Ranch looking similar to Mario and having a Bowser pendent just like his daughter Malon (she sings and always has her hands covering the Bowser Pendant). Another example is when you go to the shooting gallery and attempt to get a piece of heart, even though it takes a few tries to do it unless you’re a pro at using the fairy slingshot and fairy bow. Instead of a piece of heart as an adult, however, you will get a big quiver instead.

But, there are some things I don’t like. After you complete the main game, Master Quest mode will be unlocked. I tried it, and the MILLISECOND I stepped into the Great Deku Tree, I was attacked by gohma larva and INSTANTLY died. Master Quest is IMPOSSIBLE! Also, the ENTIRE WORLD of Hyrule is reversed. In main story mode your friend Saria’s House is to your right, making it confusing, and so is everything else. If you want to do Master Quest, have somebody else do the main story mode, otherwise you get too used to things. One more dislike: Master Quest’s enemies are TWO TIMES harder than in the main story! At least the Wikipedia for this game has a section for Master Quest. One last thing: glitches. First off, a glitch is something that happens in a game that’s not meant to happen. You can skip getting your “four-legged friend” in Lon Lon Ranch as an adult. However, that is only a minor one. There are BIGGER glitches, like falling off the map, or getting the hook shot as a child. Oh, and if you go left of Hyrule Castle, you can activate a glitch where you must QUIT THE GAME to get out. To do so you must have bombs and a bottled fairy. Lower your health until one bomb can kill you, and then let it blow up. You will fall in the hole, and die in water. The bottled fairy will revive you, but you’ll be swimming FOREVER. Then, you have to quit the game. Here’s one my friend Lollipop222 told me have happen to her older sister: suicidal Link. Link is going to ON HIS OWN—her sister was not able to do ANYTHING—FLY UP IN THE AIR and blow himself up with a bomb. Her sister said “Okay, suicidal Link…” which is pretty weird. I have the 3DS remake, and NOTHING like… THAT has ever happened to me. No glitch has ever activated on me. Miamoto, the game’s creator, probably found this in the old version of the game and got it fixed. I give this game—what a shocker since I give most things five —four paws.
thought was pretty funny. Anyway, once she gets in Link’s house, Navi wakes you up to take you to the Great Deku Tree. Once you get to the entrance of the Great Deku Tree’s Meadow, the bullying jerk faced so called “boss” of the Kokiri named Mido will tell you that you need a sword and a shield to pass. Basically he’s saying “You shall not pass!” So, you will have to go to the forest training center, go through a “hole of ‘L’” and pretend like Link is Indiana Jones to find the Kokiri Sword. Then, collect rupees (Hyrule’s form of currency) to buy a Deku Shield. Now, talk to Mido again and he will, jealously and jerkily, let you pass. Then you can finally help the Great Deku Tree! After you solve all the puzzles, go to the boss of the dungeon, Gohma. Once your task is finished, inform the tree that let you inside and he will tell you to go to the castle of Hyrule to meet Princess Zelda. After you do that (and admire the Mario paintings/Mario scene in the window to the rightJ) you go through 2 more dungeons, pull the sacred sword in the Temple of Time, go through 5 temples and defeat the main boss, you can enjoy the ending credits. Congrats, you beat The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time!

NBA 2K13

Imagine to be in a video game. NBA 2K13 is NBA national basketball players play in a game where you shoot basketball hoops. The video game is a little weird, because it has celebrities like Justin Beiber and a lot more. If you have online you can play with other people. It might be hard. There are a few newer things on than NBA 2k13 than 2k12 and all I can remember My Career, My Legend, and NBA Black Top. Here a few things about those new features. On My Career you create a person and upgrade to play basketball in order to help your team win. My Legend is like the same thing, but you pick a player to be your legend. On NBA Black Top you can play on-on-one, two-on-two, all the way to five-on-five.

What I like about this game is how you can just practice with a bunch random of basketball players. Do you know Michael Jordan? If you pick him, he can dunk from the free throw line. Another thing I like to do is create a small person and make him be able to dunk. You can also play as legends like Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. These are people that can shoot threes. The best blocker in this game is Shaquille O’Neal. I was playing NBA Black top With O’Neal, and the guy I was versing didn’t make a shot with him blocking.

   Now play the game, and figure out the rest.

Will You be the Next Monkey Warrior?

In Monkey Quest there are 20 levels, and, of course, the first 2 levels are the easiest levels. You try to defeat an evil monkey.

I love this game because in Monkey Quest there are many things to do, and I never get sick of it. The game is awesome because you get to create a monkey, name it, and play the game. This game has many things such as monsters, shops, and many more. There are monsters such as the bat hog, the crawler, the tiny little monsters, and dragons. If you kill a magma creature, make sure you have complete health. You pay for things with bananas. You can buy things like clothes, potions, and weapons. I love this game and I could play it forever and ever.

I think you should try this game and I give this game, and I give it 5 paws.

Playing in the NFL!

Have you ever wondered what it was like to play in the super bowl? Well, in Madden 13, you can! This video game is for PlayStation, game cube, and Xbox. It allows the players to become cyber professional football athletes. You get to play in a stadium with screaming fans. If you play in the super bowl, you get to play in the new stadium!

I like Madden 13 because you can be a coach or be a player. If you’re a coach you can tell your team what to do and what play to do. You can also do a lot of things like challenge plays if you think it’s the wrong call.

If you don’t want to be a coach, you can be a player on whatever team you want. First, if you’re a player you go to practices, then you get to play in games. Next, you get to play in the playoffs. Last, you get to play in the super bowl. If you want to play in a super bowl you can’t be a coach. Only a player can play at this level.

It’s fun to be a player because you can play in a lot of games. It’s also fun to be a coach because you can make your team to win. I bet you’re wondering how? You can substitute players, or you can pick your teams play.

I would recommend it if you like sports game you should play it. I would give this game 5 paws.

Stuck on Zelda!

Finally, I have got it. the Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. So far, it is a pretty good game, but honestly I thought it would be better. When I looked on the cover it says "THE BIGGEST ADVENTURE OF ALL TIME". I'm like, all right! But when I started to play, I'm having trouble. I watched the ending on YouTube and it was epic. Link, the guy who saves Zelda, has to fight Gannon, the evil-ugly-dwarf-king-villian, for at least 3 to 5 times. So yeah ... it's gonna be hard!

Plants vs. Zombies

I love the video game Plants vs. Zombies. I love it because it is awesome. You can buy plants and then upgrade them, and when you pass certain levels you can unlock new plants. There are 5 different places to play--the front yard, front yard at night time, the backyard, the backyard at night time, and the roof. The roof is the hardest level. On this level, there is a big bump that the pea shooters can't shoot over. So you have to use catapult plants that can go over the bump. I like Plants vs. Zombies.

Minecraft Rules!!!

Minecraft is a game on the computer that you can play. You can fight monsters, mine for stuff, and beat the game. There's a lot of stuff to do. You can mine for diamonds and make armor. Also, you can smelt iron and turn it into ingots. I like going to the cave and searching for diamonds, but they're hard to find because they are so rare. You have to go all the way down to lava and that is very risky to do.

Bad Beyblades!

Beyblades is a horrible game. All you do is battle your beyblades against another person. It it is just you playing, the only thing you can do is watch it spin in circles, which is really boring. The show is not good either. All they do on the show is play with these silly toys too. Last year ij  my class those were a bit hit. There was 7 or 9 kids battling at one time. Sometimes they would do it outside instead of playing. They need to run around instead. I do not recommend this to anyone. I give this zero paws!

Skyrim is Beast

Skyrim is a video game on an X-box 360. I love it because as you go through the game, you can make potions, armor, fight beasts (such as dragons), buy weapons, and sell items.

The only bad thing is that it's rated M for violence. Sometimes you can chop heads off, but that is the only thing bad about it. I love it so try it out! I give this game 5 paws!

Fantastic Fifa Futbal!

Fifa 12 is a video game about soccer.

It has all the soccer players. My favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo. He plays on Real Madrid and Portugal, which is my favorite team.

You can go an any team you want.You can play online. That means you can play against people that are ot at your house. You can alos play against fake people. You can play multiplayer. That means that you play against people at your house. The consoles you can play with are X-box, PS3, PSP, DS, DSI, and DS3D.

This is a twelve game series. I give it 5 paws because its my favorite sport and there is no bad language.

Black Ops--so so

Call of Duty Black Ops is an okay game. It has good guns. Some of the guns are Commando, AK47, a rocket launcher, and a shotgun.

What I don't like about it is that the graphis are bad. You can't see things as well as other games. The worst thing about it is that it is rated M! It is bad for little kids. It says bad words.

There are different consoles to play this on like, X-box and PS3.

You can go online and play against people that are not at your house!

There is also campaign. You don't play against players but you play levels on the computer. There are a lot of levels and they are hard.

There are also zombies that you can play against, and the game has unlimited levels.

The last thing you can play is multplayer. Multiplayer is where you play against players at your house. You get all the guns automatically.

You can go to the store of your console and buy things for Call of Duty Black Ops. You can buy maps, games, and headscreens (which are things that you put on your beginning page of your console).

Call of Duty is a series. The other games are Call of Duty 1, 2,3, and 4, and Call of Duty World at War, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1, 2, and 3, and  Black Ops. Even though Black Ops so so, the series is the best series I've ever played.
